What we collect
We collect what you type into the forms on this website: your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, and anything you write in a message. If you apply for membership we also collect your organisation's registration details and any document you choose to attach.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to process a membership application, and to send you the updates you asked for. Nothing else.
Who sees it
The FICCIM secretariat, and the council when it reviews a membership application. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are being dealt with and for a reasonable period afterwards. Membership records are kept for as long as the membership lasts and as long as the law requires after it ends.
Newsletters
If you subscribe, you can unsubscribe at any time — every issue carries a link, or you can email us and we will remove you.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to ficcim@ficcim.org.my.
Cookies
